recognized by various Global Institutions for his work. Dr. Rao has been awarded as Entrepreneur and
Innovator by various Organizations.
His latest Innovation Polycrack® holds the world's first patent in heterogeneous catalytic processes
to convert Waste to Energy.
His passions include creating innovative solutions for sustainability and renewable energy to
deliver a better future for coming generations. In his free time he likes spending time with family

Kirtimayee is a Chemical Engineer with over 15 years experience of process engineering and project
management in the process equipment manufacturing industry. With a deep understanding of process
equipment design and engineering , Kirti infuses result driven project management and procurement
processes.
